Governmental Decree No. 83 validating the Regulation on accreditation of the national social associations of hunters and subjects of hunting management.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for constitution and accreditation of national social associations of hunters and subjects of hunting management. Accreditation requires availability of the following: (a) availability of equipped facilities for conducting hunting examination; (b) branches or representational offices distributed by provinces; (c) availability of special literature in the field of protection, reproduction and management of wildlife; (d) availability of employees with higher or secondary education; and (e) availability of experience in the field of hunting management. Annex 1 contains application form for accreditation the national social associations of hunters and subjects of hunting management. Annex 2 contains the form of certificate of accreditation.
