This Joint Order regards validates the form of checklist related to supervision over private entrepreneurship in the sphere of grain market regulation, safety and quality of cotton. The aforesaid checklist establishes requirements for state supervision such as availability of register for incoming grains and cotton, availability of grain receipts and cotton receipts forms, availability of grain and cotton storage contracts, availability of equipment and compliance with grain and cotton quality standards.
