Abstract
This Joint Order establishes assessment criteria of risks in the sphere of environmental protection, reproduction and management of natural resources related to private entrepreneurship that shall be used for inspection by the authorized officials. Risk assessment shall be considered the totality of quantitative and qualitative indices related to nature managers activities’ that enable to classify nature mangers by risk groups divided in four categories. Environmental risk groups shall include ecological control of emissions and discharge, waste disposal, environmental damages and availability of cancellation of environmental authorization.
