Abstract
This Joint Order regards validates the form of checklist related to supervision over private entrepreneurship in the sphere of environmental protection, reproduction and management of natural resources. The aforesaid checklist establishes requirements for state supervision such as availability of projects with positive conclusions of state environmental audit, compliance with mandatory ecological safety requirements, observance of environmental legislation, prevention of soil pollution and conservation of soil quality, rehabilitation of disturbed and degraded land, and conservation of freshwater quality and prevention of freshwater pollution.
