Abstract
This Joint Order establishes assessment criteria of risks and checklist in the sphere of protection, reproduction and management of wild fauna (except for fishes and aquatic animals) that shall be used for inspection by the authorized officials. Risk assessment shall be considered the totality of quantitative and qualitative indices related to managers subject to inspection that enable to classify them by risk groups divided in various categories. Risk criteria shall be classified as objective and subjective ones. Objective risk criteria shall be considered value and quantity of wildlife species managed and subject to supervision and inspection. Subjective risks shall be considered various types of offences of the national legislation on wild fauna.
