Abstract
This Joint Order validates assessment criteria of risks in the sphere of private entrepreneurship related to exploration and management of subsoil and, in particular, private entrepreneurs authorized to carry out exploration and mining activities. Risks shall be considered probability of damages to subsoil with the consideration of consequences thereof. Risk degrees shall be classified as high, medium and low.
