Law 226 on amendments and addenda to some legislative acts regarding subsoil management.

Subitem 33 of the Article 1 of the Law No. 2350 on oil shall acquire a new wording: “33) marine research and exploration related to oil extraction and study of the consequences thereof;” This Law establishes that water users carrying out the abstraction of potable and technical water to the amount of two thousand and over cubic metres daily in accordance with the authorization issued by the competent authority shall be authorized to make direct contracts the competent authority for the aforesaid activity within 3 year from the date of entry into force of this Law.
