Abstract
The present Law determines legal status of production cooperatives, organizational, economic and social conditions for their setting up, functioning, reorganization and liquidation, rights and duties of their members, plenary powers and liability of managing bodies and control. The document consists of 6 Sections that contain 25 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-2) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 3-7) regards setting up production cooperative. Section 3 (arts. 8-14) regards membership of production cooperative. Section 4 (arts. 15-19) regards management of production cooperative. Section 5 (arts. 20-23) establishes economic basis for the functioning of production cooperative. Section 6 (arts. 24-25) regards reorganization and liquidation of production cooperative.
