Law No. 548-IV amending Forest Code (No.477-II of 2003).

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “4. Private forest fund shall be considered planted at the expense of natural and non-governmental legal persons on the plots of land allotted thereto on condition of private ownership or long-term land tenure in accordance with Land Code with the purpose of afforestation: (a) artificial plantations; (b) plantations grown through natural seeding; (c) private forest nurseries; (d) plantations for specific purposes; (d) agro-forestry plantations; and (e) protection forest.”
