Abstract
Article 31 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Forest pertaining to the State Forest Fund shall be allotted for hunting management for long-term forest use in accordance with a contract for hunting management, concluded in conformity with the legislation Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife, with subsequent legalization of the contract between the state forest owner and forest users”.
