Abstract
The present Law regulates social relations in the sphere of trade, establishes the principles and organizational bases of state regulation in the aforesaid sphere. The document consists of 7 Chapters that contain 36 Articles. Chapter 1 (arts. 1-4) lays down general provisions. Chapter 2 (Arts.5-9) regards state regulation of trade. Chapter 3 (Arts.10-14) regards internal trade. Chapter 4 (Arts.15-22) regards external trade. Chapter 5 (Arts.23-30) regards other types of trade. Chapter 6 (Arts.31-32) establishes requirements for trade and commodities. Chapter 7 (Arts.33-36) lays down final provisions.
