Abstract
This Decision of the Parties of the Interstate Commission for Water Coordination of Central Asia (ICWC) establishes operational rules for the Secretariat of ICWC. The Secretariat is charged with tasks as specified and shall work together with and control the basin organizations for the Amudarya and Syrdarya rivers.
