Ministerial Decree No. 1132 validating the Regulation on participation of cotton processing enterprises in the system of guarantees for discharge of obligations related to cotton acquittance.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of participation of cotton processing enterprises in the system of guarantees for discharge of obligations related to cotton acquittance. Participants of special fund shall be licensed cotton processing organization. Special fund shall be legal persons ensuring discharge of obligations related to cotton acquittance by cotton processing organizations. Relations between special fund and cotton processing organization shall be regulated by contract. Participation in special fund shall be through admittance to special fund in accordance with written application.
