Ministerial Decree No. 1133 validating the Regulation on guarantees of special funds ensuring discharge of obligations related to cotton acquittance.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of guarantees of special funds ensuring discharge of obligations related to cotton acquittance. Holder of cotton acquittance shall be cotton owner who transfers lot of cotton to cotton processing industry or for storage. Participants of special fund shall be licensed cotton processing organization. Special fund shall be legal persons ensuring discharge of obligations related to cotton acquittance by cotton processing organizations. Relations between special fund and cotton processing organization shall be regulated by contract.
