Abstract
The Premier decrees to validate: 1) the amount of compensation for the damage caused to forestry by illegal cutting and damage of trees and bushes; 2) the amount of damage caused to forestry by natural and legal persons as a result of other offences; 3) the amount of damage caused by natural and legal persons by illegal harvest, procurement, damage or annihilation of protected plants and trees; 4) Regulation on the modalities of revenues to the state budget of damages caused to forestry by illegal harvest, procurement, damage or annihilation of protected plants and protected trees. The amount of damage shall be calculated by the Government in accordance with the information submitted by the authorized Central Forestry Body. The amount of compensation shall be calculated by the territorial branches of the Central Forestry Body in accordance with the tariffs currently in force and shall be paid by the infringer to the state budget at the place where offence has been committed.
