Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out state veterinary and sanitary inspection and supervision, and also ascertainment of compliance of stock, animals products and raw materials of animal origin with veterinary norms regulating stockbreeding, slaughtering, storage, processing and trade of stock and animal products. State veterinary and sanitary inspection and supervision include: (a) identification stockbreeding and animal processing, slaughtering and storage facilities, including importers and exporters; (b) supervision over compliance with veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations by natural an legal persons; (c) inspection and supervision over poultry slaughtering facilities; and (d) inspection and supervision over animal feed processing facilities.
