Ministerial Decree No. 1517 amending Ministerial Decree No. 310 regarding the Ministry of Agriculture.

Item 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “1. Ministry of Agriculture shall be central executive body carrying out regulatory functions in the sphere of agro-industrial complex, agriculture and fisheries, management and conservation of water fund, water abstraction and water supply (except for water abstraction and water supply systems of inhabited areas), protection, reproduction and management of wild fauna and wild flora, protected areas, land management, seed-growing, grain market regulation, cotton sector, plant protection, veterinary, food processing industry, including beverages (except for liquors and ethyl alcohol), stockbreeding, land reclamation, irrigation and drainage, biofuel manufacturing, and also within the limits envisaged by legislation interdepartmental coordination of state bodies within its sphere of competence.”
