Ministerial Decree No. 1602 validating the Regulation on issuance, circulation, annulment and extinguishment of cotton acquittance.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that cotton acquittance shall consist of two parts – storage certificate and mortgage certificate. Cotton acquittance shall be issued for each single separate homogeneous lot of cotton and shall be issued by cotton processing enterprise within three calendar days from the date of delivery of cotton lot. Mortgage of delivered lot of cotton to cotton processing enterprise can be stipulated in accordance with contract. Cotton acquittance shall be extinguished after complete or partial return or sale of cotton. All cotton acquittances shall be registered.
