Ministerial Decree No. 18-02/201 validating the Regulation on artisanal (sport) fishing authorized for local residents living within protection zone of Marakol State Nature Reserve.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the procedure for issuance of fishing authorization of artisanal (sport) fishing for local residents living within protection zone of Marakol State Nature Reserve of the Marakol lake from the period from 15 February of the current year to 15 February of the forthcoming year, except for the period of spawning of valuable fish species from 1 May to 1 July inclusive. The aforesaid types of fishing shall be authorized in the presence of fishing authorization issued by the administration of Marakol State Nature Reserve. The period of validity of fishing authorization shall be 7 calendar days. Quota of catch for each fishing authorization shall be 5 kg. Artisanal (sport) fishing shall be performed by rods with maximum 5 hooks of all types per angler.
