Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes the requirements for fish protection devices of waterworks performing water intake, in particular fixing efficiency level of waterworks for passage of small fry with the size of 12 mm at 70%and diameter of mesh of fish obstructing screen depending upon fish size in accordance with Annex 3.
