Ministerial Decree No. 1894 implementing Law “On licensing”.

This Ministerial Decree validates the list of state licensing bodies authorized to issue licences for the activities subject to licensing (Annex 1), forms of licences and forms of annexes attached thereto (Annexes 2 and 3), the list of activities subject to licensing that require conclusions issued by sanitary, ecological, mining and energy supervision bodies (Annex 4) and the forms of application for obtaining licences (Annexes 5 and 6). The list of activities subject to licensing includes: (a) transporation of hazardous substances; (b) nuclear energy and radiation sources; (c) firearms for civic uses; (d) land survey and mapping; (e) pesticides, primary processing of cotton, grain storage; (f) timber extraction and logging; (g) environmental audit; and (h) water abstraction.
