Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the Regulation in accordance with Annex 1, to validate compensation norms for agricultural and forestry damages in accordance with Annexes 23 and to establish compensation factor for forestry damages and for land deterioration in accordance with Annex 4. Compensation royalties for agricultural and forestry damages are refunded to the republican budget. Annex 1 contains the Regulation that comprises 3 Sections subdivided in 29 paragraphs. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 deals with the compensation for agricultural and forestry damages. Section 3 regards indemnification. Annex 2 regards compensation norms for agricultural damages that are calculated for hectare. Annex 3 regards compensation norms for forestry damages that are calculated for hectare in accordance with the classification of the types of forests. Annex 4 regards compensation factor for forestry damages and for land deterioration in accordance with the classification of the types of forests.
