This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of calculation of minimum national share in commodities, works and services related to subsoil management to be included in terms and conditions of tender for concession of the right of subsoil management. The aforesaid tender shall be applicable to mining of solid minerals and hydrocarbons. This Ministerial Decree contains calculation formula.
