Abstract
This Ministerial Decree validates the forms of the following documents: (a) deed of inspection in accordance with the Annex 1; and (b) the form of the prescription for elimination of the revealed violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of livestock breeding in accordance with the Annex 2. Rules for preparation and issuance of acts of the state inspector on pedigree animal husbandry establish that state control in the field of livestock breeding shall be performed by the State inspector for livestock breeding in the form of inspection and other forms. Reports issued by State inspector must contain information of reveled offences, date, period and results of inspections and information on review or refusal to take knowledge of the content of the act of inspection.
