Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes the procedure for the use of protected areas by natural persons. It shall be applicable to protected areas of national and local significance. Use of protected areas by natural persons, depending upon protection regime, shall be authorized for the following purposes: (a) artisanal (sport) hunting and fishing; (b) secondary forest management (collection and harvesting of non-timber forest products); and (c) haymaking and agro-forestry.
