Ministerial Decree No. 757 validating the Regulation on licensing and qualification requirements set for manufacturing (formulization), trade and application of pesticides (toxic agricultural chemicals).

This Ministerial Decree establishes that qualification requirements shall include availability of: (a) production and technical facilities; (b) sanitary authorization for storage facilities issued by the authorized body of sanitary and epidemiological service; (c) technological regulation for the manufacturing (formulization) of pesticides (toxic agricultural chemicals) for compliance with ecological, sanitary and epidemiological norms and requirements; (d) standards; (e) accredited laboratory of a contract with accredited laboratory; and (f) licence for transportation of hazardous substances.
