Ministerial Decree No. 762 regarding the state registration of mineral deposits.

This Ministerial Decree regulates the state registration and cancellation of the mineral deposits by the authorized state institution. The state register shall contain data on all types of minerals in deposits that have been explored, data on extracted minerals and on losses of minerals in the process of mining. The state register must contain qualitative and quantitative description of minerals, the degree of exploration, distribution and the provision of the national industry with explored stock of minerals. Cancellation of the minerals from the state register shall be carried out by writing off thereof.
