Ministerial Decree No. 768 validating Technical Regulation on nuclear and radiation safety.

This Ministerial Decree validates Technical Regulation mandatory for all nuclear, radiation and electro-physical equipment and devices. Equipment and devices shall be classified in four categories in accordance with potential radiation risks. Only equipment and devices complying with the requirements and standards set by this Technical Regulation shall be authorized for circulation and use on the national territory. The purpose of application of this Technical Regulation shall be to ensure safety of staff working with radioactive materials, prevention of nuclear disasters, protection the population and of the environment.
