Common state system of environmental monitoring and monitoring of natural resources is multi-purposeful information system including monitoring and analysis of data of the factual state of environment and natural resources for ensuring ecological safety, conservation, re-production and rational management of natural resources. The purpose of Common state system is constant monitoring of the state of environment and natural resources, analysis, valuation of factual state of environment and natural resources, prognoses of the changes thereof, storage and collection of data on the state of environment and natural resources.
