Abstract
The purpose of the present Basic Principle is to ensure further development and distribution of the network of protected areas for the period up to 2030, aimed at conservation and renewal of the ecosystems, maintenance of ecological balance and exposure of the rules of natural development of the natural complexes and their components. The document consists of 12 sections. Section 1 is the introduction. Section 2 determines the target of the Concept. Section 3 establishes the main tasks of the Concept. Section 4 gives the valuation of the existing network of protected areas. Section 5 regards development of the network of protected areas.
