Abstract
The Premier decrees to validate the Regulation on the statute of the Committee. The Committee is an institution within the sphere of competence of the Ministry entitled with the task of carrying out special executive, control and survey functions in the sphere of environmental protection. The main functions of the Committee are: 1. ensuring environmental protection and rational use of natural resources; 2. organization of state environmental monitoring; 3. organization of state ecological audit; 4. realization of common state policy in the sphere of environmental protection and organization of carrying out state and other programs in the afore-mentioned sphere. He document consists of 5 sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes targets, functions and plenary powers of the Committee. Section 3 regards property of the Committee. Section 4 regards organization of activity of the Committee. Section 5 regards reorganization and liquidation of the Committee.
