Abstract
The Government decrees to validate hunting regulations. Depending upon the purpose hunting is classified in the following categories: a. commercial hunting; b. artisanal hunting; c. sporting hunting. Commercial hunting is carried out for the purpose of deriving economic benefit while artisanal and sporting hunting are carried out for the purpose of satisfaction of aesthetic, sporting demands of natural persons and for proper consumption of procured game. Hunting grounds are sub-divided into 3 categories: 1. allotted to the users of wildlife for hunting and hunting management; 2. non-allotted for hunting and hunting management; 3. situated on the territory of protected areas where it is allowed hunting and hunting management in accordance with the modalities envisaged by the legislation currently in force. The document consists of IV Sections. Sec.I lays down general provisions. Sec.II determines the modalities of hunting. Sec.III regards hunting seasons. Sec.IV regards bodies of control over the observance of the present Hunting Regulations.
