Order of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation for issuing conclusions (authorization) for export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of sunflower seeds.

This Order establishes the procedure for issuance of conclusions (authorization) for export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of sunflower seeds (crushed or uncrushed). Issuing authority shall be territorial inspections of the State Inspection Committee State in the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Applicant shall be intended natural person engaged in foreign trade activities, including those registered as individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities constituted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In order to obtain conclusions (authorization) for export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of sunflower seeds the applicant shall submit to the authorized body the following documentation: (a) application in accordance with the form contained in Annex 1; (b) an identification document and a document certifying the identity of the applicant and a document verifying the applicant's authority to represent him or her (required for personal identification); and (c) information on the registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, individual entrepreneur or notification of the beginning of activities as an individual entrepreneur.
