Order No. 105 of the Acting Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan validating the Regulation for accreditation of specialized organizations carrying out resource surveys.

This Regulation establishes the for accreditation of specialized organizations carrying out resource surveys relates to inventory of wild flora species, including wild growing forest species. Legal entities claiming the right to conduct resource surveys submit the following to the office of the authorized body documentation: (a) an application in the form in accordance with Appendix 1; (b) a copy of the certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity; (c) a document confirming ownership or temporary right of possession and (or) use of premises; and (d) copies of documents confirming the presence of an employee with a certified professional biologist education.
