Abstract
This Order establishes mandatory distribution of milk or equivalent food products to employees, and (or) specialized products for dietary (therapeutic and preventive) nutrition to workers employed in hazardous production sites dealing with hazardous chemicals. Drinking milk up to 3.2% fat, shall be distributed to the amount of 0.5 liters per person per shift regardless of its duration on the days the employee is actually employed. Drinking milk shall be intended whole milk, skimmed, normalized, enriched – a dairy product with a mass fraction of milk fat less than 10%, subjected to heat treatment, at least pasteurization, without adding dry dairy products and water, packaged in consumer containers. It lists dairy products that can be used for substitution of drinking milk. Specialized dietary products shall be distributed to employees due to harmful working conditions, in the form of hot breakfasts before work and at lunchtime break.
