Order No. 111 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on annual setting of quotas for production and trade of the original elite seeds, subject to allocation o subsidies, by certified seed producers.

This Order establishes annual setting of quotas for production and trade of the original elite seeds, subject to allocation o subsidies, by certified seed producers, and the list of consumers of elite seeds. The purpose shall be to use specific state subsidies within annual transfers from the national budget. Annex 1 contains application form for state subsidies destined for purchase of elite agricultural seeds. Annexes 2 and 3 contains forms establishing preliminary quotas for allocation of state subsidies related to the purchase of elite agricultural seeds.
