Order No. 117 of the acting Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources validating the Regulation on rendering state service in the field of geology and management of water resources.

This Order validates Regulation on rendering state service Coordination of water protection measures aimed at preventing waterbodies from exhaustion (Annex 1), Issuance of expert opinion on construction, reconstruction (expansion, modernization, technical re-equipment, re-profiling), operation, conservation, liquidation (postutilization) of facilities, affecting the condition of waterbodies (Annex 2), Issuance of licenses for export of information on subsoil in the areas and deposits of fuel, energy and mineral resources (Annex 3), and “Issuance of license to use areas of subsoil” (Annex 4). The aforesaid state services shall be provided by the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources to physical and legal persons. The aforesaid state services shall be provided by the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources to physical and legal persons. The applicant shall submit application form accompanied by the program of water protection arrangements, aimed at prevention of exhaustion of waterbodies, and applicant identification documentation.
