Order No. 118 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on reimbursement to natural and legal persons of the cost of planting and growing destroyed fruit and berry crops infected by bacterial blight of fruit.

This Regulation establishes the procedure of reimbursement to natural and legal persons of the cost of planting and growing destroyed fruit and berry crops infected by bacterial blight of fruit. The cost of planting and growing destroyed fruit and berry crops infected by bacterial blight shall be reimbursed at the expense of and within the limits of budgetary funds. The rate of compensation for one destroyed fruit tree or berry bush is half of the incurred expenses for establishing and growing fruiters and berry bushes during the vegetation period (but not more than four years of vegetation preceding the year of destruction), determined by local executive bodies of the region, cities of republican significance, of the capital in coordination with scientific organizations of agrarian profile, accredited in the field of scientific and scientific-technical activity. In order to calculate the rate of reimbursement of costs, the following shall be taken into account: (a) the cost of a seedling; and (b) costs of planting and growing of a fruit tree or a berry bush (per one fruit tree or berry bush (consumables and materials required for laying (wires, stakes, nails, poles), the costs required for planting and cultivation of fruit trees and berry bushes due to the use of specialized machinery, equipment, fuel and lubricants).
