Order No. 130 of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources validating the Regulation on rendering state service in the field of environmental protection.

This Order validates state service “Issuance of a license to perform of works and services in the field of environmental protection” (Annex 1), state service “Issuance of a license for import into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of ozone-depleting substances from countries which are not members of the Customs Union and export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the aforesaid countries of ozone-depleting substances and products containing ozone-depleting substances" (Annex 2), state service “Issuance of permit to carry out works with the use of ozone-depleting substances, repair, installation and maintenance of equipment containing ozone-destroying substances" (Annex 3), state service “Issuance of environmental permits for facilities of category I" (Annex 4), state service "Issuance of conclusions of the state environmental audit for facilities of category I" (Annex 5), state service "Issuance of permits for emissions into environment for facilities of categories II, III and IV" (Annex 6), state service "Issuance of conclusions of state environmental audit for facilities of categories II, III and IV" (Annex 7), state service "Issuance of a license for export and import of hazardous waste” (Annex 8), and state service "Provision of environmental information" (Annex 9).
