Abstract
This Order validates waste inventory report form and instructions for filling it out. It is applicable to individual entrepreneurs and legal entities that own objects having negative environmental impact. Deadline for submitting waste inventory report annually as of January 1 until March 1 of the year following the reporting year. Reporting forms related to classification and inventory of waste for operators dealing with collection, transportation, storage, recycling, management and disposal of waste. It shall be applicable to non-domestic (industrial) waste, including solid waste, hazardous waste and radioactive waste. The waste inventory report is compiled on the basis of the Waste Classifier.
