Order No. 143 of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan validating the Regulation on rendering public services in the field of forestry and protected areas.

This Order establishes the procedure for rendering public services, to natural and legal persons, in the field of forestry and protected areas related to approval of sites for construction of objects affecting the condition and reproduction of forests (Annex 1) and authorization for the performance of works not related to forest management, in public forests (Annex 2) by the Committee of Forestry and Wildlife subordinated to the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources. The persons concerned must submit application in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 1 and electronic copy of map with detailed indication of forest plots. Annex 2 contains standard requirements for rendering state service.
