Order No. 149-p of the Minister of Environmental Protection on public environmental audit.

The present Order regards the state registration of the conclusions of public environmental audit carried out by local self-government on which territory is projected economic activity. Public environmental audit shall be carried by expert commissions, according to licence authorizing environmental audit, on voluntary basis. The conclusions of public environmental audit are only for information and recommendation. Local executive body must register the application for public environmental audit within ten days form the date of filing thereof in the state register.
