Order No. 15-1/565 of the Minister of Agriculture validating the Regulation on provision of state service “State registration of pesticides (toxic) chemicals”.

This Order establishes that state service “State registration of pesticides (toxic) chemicals” shall be provided by the Committee of state inspection in agro-industrial complex subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture. The applicant must submit to the registration authority the application form (Annex 1) and specified accompanying documentation (Annexes 2, 3, 4, 5). By the outcome of the registration procedure shall be issued registration certificate in electronic format.
