Standard state service “Acquisition of rights to land pertaining to state ownership and not requiring holding of tenders (competitive tenders, auctions) shall be performed by local government in two steps: (a) determination of the possibility of use the requested land plot in compliance with the declared specific use, drafting a land plot selection act and issuance of the conclusion of the land commission; and (b) decision-making related to allotment of a plot of land for land tenure. The applicant must submit the following documentation: (a) application in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 1; (b) personal identification document; and (c) validated land management project.
