Order No. 18-02/144 of the Minister of Agriculture validating the Regulation on rules for determining compliance of series (lots) of veterinary drugs, feeds and feed additives and (or) veterinary drugs, feeds and feed additives containing antibiotics, hormones and biological stimulants with veterinary standards.

This Order establishes the procedure for determining compliance of series (lots) of veterinary drugs, feeds and feed additives and (or) veterinary drugs, feeds and feed additives containing antibiotics, hormones and biological stimulants with veterinary standards in the manufacturing and also in the state veterinary organizations. Determination of compliance of series (lots) of veterinary drugs, fodder and feed additives shall be performed on the basis of normative and technical documentation (NTD) related to the respective veterinary drugs, fodder and feed additives. Determination of compliance shall be performed in the manufacturing organizations at the moment of release thereof. In case of compliance with the requirements of normative and technical documentation production control unit of the manufacturing organization shall issue compliance certificate in accordance with the Annex 1. In case of non-compliance with the requirements of normative and technical documentation production control unit of the manufacturing organization shall issue authorization in free form for the destruction of the whole lot (series) of veterinary drugs, fodder and feed additives.
