Abstract
This Order establishes the procedure for monitoring of safety of veterinary drugs, feedstuffs and feed additives by the authorized state veterinary organization. Monitoring shall be conducted by the following stages: (a) data collection and processing; and (b) analysis, evaluation and forecast of the processed information obtained in the process of monitoring of the safety of veterinary drugs, feedstuffs and feed additives to identify possible negative consequences and risks of their application, prevention and protection of animals from their use. In the process of monitoring of the safety of veterinary drugs, feed and feed additives are used: (a) results of control of series (lots) of veterinary drugs, feedstuffs and feed additives in cases of complaint; (b) reports on side effects received from natural persons and legal entities; (c) information obtained in the course of implementation of the state veterinary and sanitary control and supervision; (d) information on veterinary medicines purchased at the expense of the national budget; and (e) information contained in mass media and Internet resources, in public telecommunications networks, including scientific publications.
