Order No. 18-03/1058 of the Minister of Agriculture validating the Methodology for determining the amount of compensation for damage caused by violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife.

This Order validates the Methodology for determining the amount of compensation for damage caused by violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife by the following offences: (a) illegal hunting, capture and (or) destruction of wild fauna species; (b) illegal purchase, storage, trade, import, export, transfer of the derivatives of wild fauna species; and (c) destruction of entailing abandonment by wild fauna species of the territory causing death thereof, reduction of the population and deterioration of the reproductive functions of wild fauna species. It contains calculation formulae.
