Order No. 18-03/578 of the Minister of Agriculture validating Model Regulation on game service of hunting and fishing entities.

This Order establishes the procedure for the functioning and operation of game service of hunting and fishing entities, performing protection of wild fauna species at assigned hunting grounds and fishery waterbodies or parts thereof. Game service staff shall have the following rights and duties: (a) draw up reports on administrative offences; (b) carry service firearms; (c) examine fishing and hunting authorization of natural and legal persons; (d) confiscate hunting firearms in case of violation of hunting regulations with mandatory delivery of confiscated firearms to the bodies of the Ministry of Interior; (e) confiscate illegal fishing gear and hunting gear, illegal catch and illegal game; (f) ensure protection of wild fauna species; (g) prevent destruction and death of wild fauna species; (h) undertake measure for the protection of habitats; and (i) undertake measures for assisting wild fauna species in case of outbreak of diseases or natural calamities.
