Order No. 18-04/279 validating forms of acts of the State Inspector for Wildlife Protection and the procedure for their drawing up and issuance.

This Order validates the following forms of acts to be drawn up by the State Inspector for Wildlife Protection: (a) administrative offence protocol (Annex 1); (b) inspection report (Annex 2); (c) instruction to eliminate violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic Kazakhstan in the field of wildlife conservation, reproduction and use (Annex 3); (d) decision to bring the offender to administrative liability for violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife (Annex 5); and (e) order for the seizure of firearms used in violation of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife, prohibited hunting gear and illegally obtained wild fauna species and their products for temporary storage prior to passing judgement (Annex 6). Annex 7 contains regulation for drawing up and issuing acts of State Inspector for Wildlife Protection.
