Abstract
Provision of free meals to certain categories of citizens, as well as to persons under tutorship (guardianship) and patronage, students and pupils of technical and vocational, post-secondary and higher education organizations shall be applicable to natural persons that must submit application (Annex 1) and listed documentation to the authorized state institution.
